Families seeking an inclusive Easter celebration can mark their calendars for the upcoming Sensory-Friendly Hoppy Easter Egg Hunt, a special event designed to cater to children with sensory sensitivities.
Egg-cellent Activities and Refreshments
The egg hunt will be held on Saturday, March 23rd, from 12 pm to 4 pm at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds (10300 Courthouse Rd.). Children will have the opportunity to search for hidden eggs, enjoy a sensory-friendly craft activity, and indulge in light refreshments.
This event is part of the 4th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza hosted by the Ride on Cannon Foundation. It is designed to provide a welcoming and accessible environment for children of all abilities to enjoy the Easter festivities.
Registration is required in advance through ActiveNet for course number 43367. Families are encouraged to bring their own baskets for egg hunting.
